Most real estate brokers are transaction oriented. As an advisor, I put my clients first and place additional value on close client relationships. I have 30 years of experience in commercial real estate leasing, sales, and property management. This experience allows me to address a client needs with expertise and professionalism.

A favorite activity of mine is to visit a tenant or landlords place of business. I enjoy understanding a client’s business and see how it relates to their real estate needs.

I’m a Certified Commercial Investment Manager (CCIM), a designation of excellence in the disciplines of commercial and investment real estate.

As an industrial real estate advisor, I’m familiar with most industrial properties located in South King County. I’ve spent my career focusing on business relationships through-out the Kent Valley, including South Seattle, SeaTac, Federal Way, Fife, Auburn, and Puyallup.

Personal Information

I understand the need for a quality life. My every day passion is rowing a single racing shell. The rest of the year, I’m an avid skier, mountain climber (maybe ex-mountain climber due to age), hiker, and bicyclist. I enjoy walking my golden retriever on the beach. Myself and my wife Kathy have five children.
